Handle the call.
Familiar English becomes clearer speech. Clearer speech becomes confident, accurate customer conversations.
For learners with a good English foundation who need more fluency, clarity and confidence before professional customer-service work. Final placement follows a Skill2Jobs Placement Assessment. Online and offline live training are available.

THE REAL GAP
You can know a word and still lose it in a conversation.
The course starts at that moment: when you understand the idea but need to say it now, clearly, to another person.
“I know what the customer means.”
“The exact word disappeared.”
“It’s the part you use to check the order…”
Describe → confirm → continueINSIDE EVERY STANDARD SESSION
Language. Skill. Apply.
Three hours including two 10-minute breaks. Language development connects to practical skills and realistic application.
LANGUAGE / 50 min
Make English easier to reach.
Activate words you already know. Improve a useful grammar pattern or new phrase, practise one sound or speaking feature, then turn an idea into your own sentence.
“I forgot the word” becomes “It’s the part you use to…”
THE PRACTICE ENGINE
The second attempt is where it changes.
You try, receive one useful observation, try again, then use the skill with a changed customer detail.
PERFORM
Give your first real response, using a few keywords rather than a complete script.
Illustrative teaching sequence · specific feedback, then transfer
SPEAK SO THE MESSAGE LANDS
Clarity matters more than copying an accent.
Work on useful sounds, word stress, numbers, dates and the words that change a decision—especially “not,” “next,” and “one-time.”
BRITISH → US LISTENING BRIDGE
Start with the English you already know.
Recognize the customer’s word, confirm the meaning and respond clearly. The course introduces useful US terms gradually.
THE COMPLETE PATH
25 sessions. One connected journey.
Explore each phase. Earlier speaking skills reappear in later service and commercial conversations.
01 / FOUNDATION
Find your voice
Turn familiar English into clear, complete spoken responses. Begin with support; gradually speak from meaning and a few keywords.
Speak from keywords and clarify a simple request.
Confirm names, numbers, dates and addresses.
Ask useful follow-up questions and respond naturally.
Explain events in a useful order.
Describe, paraphrase and check meaning.
Present for two minutes and answer new questions.
Sessions 24–25 collect independent evidence. They do not automatically certify a CEFR level or guarantee employment.
TRY A FICTIONAL CALL
A good call is a series of good decisions.
Select a stage to see how an agent might respond. This example uses an invented company and a training policy.
“Hi. I need some help with an order.”
“Hello, you’re speaking with Maya at S2J Shop. How can I help?”
Start clearly and make space for the actual request.
PRESSURE BUILDS GRADUALLY
You do not begin with the hardest call.
Start with supportive speaking. Change one condition at a time. Eventually, respond to unfamiliar facts without a full script.
OBSERVE PROGRESS HONESTLY
Evidence across the course.
A coached replay shows what improved today. Independent tasks show what a learner can do without live prompts.
Where you begin
A short introduction, spontaneous response and speech observation create personal targets.
Early course · S01What is transferring
New conversation and service tasks show which skills hold beyond a practised script.
Communication checkpoint · S12What you can demonstrate
Independent communication, routine and complex service, and ethical commercial decisions.
Separate evidence · S24–S25Illustrative course-evidence view. No student results or scores are shown.
A QUICK SELF-CHECK
Explore where you might start.
Three questions help you find the most relevant part of the course. This is a guide, not a language test, hiring screen or application.
What happens when you need to speak?
WHO THIS IS DESIGNED FOR
A strong next step for the right starting point.
The course connects English speaking development with practical customer-service readiness.
You may be a good fit if…
- You already understand a reasonable amount of English.
- You hesitate, lose words or translate before you speak.
- You want real conversation, phonetics and customer-call practice.
- You are preparing for interviews or customer-facing work.
You may need another starting point if…
- You are still building basic English sentences.
- You want only passive lectures rather than speaking practice.
- You expect a guaranteed CEFR level or job after attendance.
A short trainer conversation gives a better placement picture than a self-rating.
GOOD QUESTIONS
Before you decide.
Clear answers about what the intensive includes and what it does not promise.
Do I need customer-service experience?
No. The course begins with speaking and service foundations, then builds toward more complex customer situations. Entry requires a good English foundation, with final placement determined through a Skill2Jobs Placement Assessment.
Is this an English course or a call-center course?
Both parts are integrated. Language, phonetics and general speaking practice help you express yourself; realistic service cases give those skills a practical use.
How long is each session?
Each session is three hours including breaks: 50 minutes Language, a 10-minute break, 50 minutes Skill, a 10-minute break, and 60 minutes Apply. The 25 sessions total 75 scheduled hours.
Will I need to copy an American accent?
No. The course uses a clear US pronunciation model and teaches common US customer terms, but the goal is understandable speech, not removing your accent.
Will I practise sales and retention?
Yes. Later sessions cover needs discovery, suitable recommendations, truthful price explanations, objections and cancellation. A respectful no-sale decision can be the right outcome.
Will completing it make me B2 or guarantee a job?
No. The course develops English and practical customer-service readiness. Independent final assessments in sessions 24 and 25 provide performance evidence; attendance alone does not certify a CEFR level or guarantee hiring.
