What personal data SKILL2JOBS collects through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Who we are

SKILL2JOBS is an upskilling company based in Alexandria, Egypt. This policy explains how we handle personal data submitted through skill2jobs.com.

What we collect

We only collect the information you choose to send us through our website forms:

  • Program applications: name, phone number, email, city, English level and training preferences.
  • Employer requests: company name, contact person, email, phone number and hiring requirements.
  • Contact messages: name, email, optional phone number, subject and message.
  • Participant stories: name, program, your story, and optionally your role, LinkedIn profile and photo.
  • Team applications: name, email, phone number, city, position, languages, CV, and optionally your LinkedIn profile.

Information collected automatically

When you submit a form we store the page it was sent from and any campaign parameters in the link you used (such as utm_source). To prevent spam we store a one-way hash of your IP address, not the address itself. We do not use advertising cookies.

Why we use it

We use your information to respond to your request: to process a program application, discuss candidate requests with employers, answer your message, review your story before publishing it with your consent, or consider your application to join our team.

Who can see it

Only the SKILL2JOBS team can access submissions. Data is stored with our hosting provider (Supabase) on servers in the European Union. We do not sell your data. Participant details are shared with an employer only as part of job placement support for qualified graduates who have agreed to it.

How long we keep it

We keep submissions for as long as needed to handle your request and our related follow-up, and for no longer than 24 months after our last contact with you, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.

Your rights

In line with the Egyptian Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 151 of 2020), you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, and you can withdraw consent to publish your story at any time.

To make a request, contact us at [email protected] or through the contact form.
